Vibrating Feeder

The vibrating feeder in the mine is used to uniformly or quantitatively provide the materials from the storage silo or other material storage equipment to the feeding equipment; it is the necessary automation equipment in the practice routine operation.

Classification of feeding machine:

Feeder has two kinds: open and closed types, according to the requirements to produce the electromagnetic vibrating feeder, hopper, and belt conveyor.

Vibrating feeder working principle: The machine utilizes eccentric block rotation and produces the centrifugal force, making vibrator sieve compartment, vibrators and other movable parts for mandatory continuous circular or approximately circular movement. Material with sieve compartment in the tilt of the screen surface does the continuous throwing motion and continuously and uniformly sends the material to the discharge port.

Installation and commission:

a. When the feeder is used to batching and dosing, in order to ensure feeding is uniform and stable, preventing material from artesian installation horizontally.
